Nina (Nhu)’s journey in real estate began with investing and fix-and-flips, where she discovered a love for transforming older homes while preserving their original charm. What started as a passion for bringing homes back to life grew into a deeper understanding of how real estate can create opportunities, build wealth, and leave a lasting legacy.

Becoming a mother at a young age shaped her perspective on life and financial independence. Through her own experiences, she recognized how much of wealth building comes down to access to knowledge and opportunity. This inspired her passion for helping others navigate real estate with confidence, whether buying their first home, selling, investing, or exploring commercial opportunities.

Today, Nina’s experience spans residential and commercial real estate, investing, property management, and entrepreneurship. As a co-founder of a recovery housing community, she has also discovered how real estate can serve a greater purpose by providing stability and opportunities for people rebuilding their lives.

Grounded in her faith and driven by a heart for service, Nina believes real estate is ultimately about people, not just properties. As she continues building a legacy for her daughter, she hopes to empower others to recognize what’s possible and create something meaningful for generations to come.
